Effective therapy goes beyond finding a therapist with the right training; you also need to find the right connection.
I offer my clients a unique energetic attunement (even through teletherapy)! As our therapeutic relationship grows, you may find that I can sense feelings you are having in your body or deeper emotions you are experiencing without you even saying a word.
Utilizing a combination of techniques, we will tailor a plan specifically to you. We will check in along the way to make sure you feel comfortable and that we are meeting your needs. After all, YOU are the expert on your life. I am a guide to help you dig a little deeper, stay motivated, and make the change you have been yearning to experience!
I earned my master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Vermont in 2012. Before opening Unwind Your Mind Therapy in 2020, I worked with clients in community health centers, schools, and with military members and their families.

My goal is to focus on you as a whole person. I am passionate about advocating for each client’s needs and supporting their wants, needs, and goals with compassion, empathy, and understanding.

Good health starts with mental health. I am passionate about creating a nonjudgmental space for my client’s to see and believe their worth. Together we will clarify what needs to change or improve to help you have a better life. Sometimes this means healing past trauma, sometimes it means clearing present-day barriers, and sometimes it means setting goals for the future. My approach is flexible and is based on your needs. If you need to cry, cry. If you need to vent, vent. If you need a coping skill, we learn. I am here to be your partner in this journey.
