Effective therapy goes beyond finding a therapist with the right training; you also need to find the right connection.
I offer my clients a unique energetic attunement (even through teletherapy)! As our therapeutic relationship grows, you may find that I can sense feelings you are having in your body or deeper emotions you are experiencing without you even saying a word.
Utilizing a combination of techniques, we will tailor a plan specifically to you. We will check in along the way to make sure you feel comfortable and that we are meeting your needs. After all, YOU are the expert on your life. I am a guide to help you dig a little deeper, stay motivated, and make the change you have been yearning to experience!
I earned my master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Vermont in 2012. Before opening Unwind Your Mind Therapy in 2020, I worked with clients in community health centers, schools, and with military members and their families.

Therapy can help you become the person you want to be, and help you find purpose, passion, and serenity in your day-to-day life. I provide a warm, safe space for you to be the most authentic version of yourself. A place where you feel comfortable and unconditionally supported and accepted in therapy. I strongly believe in a collaborative approach, tailoring our work to fit your individual qualities, needs, and desires, and we will work together to create a positive working environment for your growth and healing.
I am a Licensed Associate Clinical Social Worker in California (#93698) and have worked in the helping profession for the past seven years. I graduated from Southern Connecticut State University with a Master of Social Work. I specialize in working with individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, self-esteem issues, family of origin issues, and relationship challenges. I have witnessed incredible growth and healing in the individuals and couples I have worked with and believe that every person who is committed to inner work is capable of creating the life they want and deserve.

One of the hardest things to do is to look at yourself in the mirror and embrace all of your strengths, flaws, and insecurities. I create a non-judgmental space for you to be comfortable, vulnerable and develop the skills to deal with it all. Together we will work on gaining insight into how your unique perspective and experiences have shaped who you are today so you can create the future you want.
I graduated from San Diego State University with my MSW in 2019. I am an Associate Social Worker in California (#91380). My experience is diverse and I have worked with children through adults. I specialize in treating anxiety, mood disorders, neurodivergent populations, young adults, and issues related to maternal mental heath. I have received Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical training through the Evergreen Institute. This work has shown me how much power there is in understanding how our different experiences, and our interpretation of those experiences, affects our thoughts, beliefs and actions. My hope is that through our work together, we’ll be able to identify how that perspective is shaping your identity and give you the power to decide who you want to be.
